Here's today's dinner. I learned how to make chicken the right way so it doesn't dry out in the oven. This is also the first chicken I've eaten without ketchup since I can remember(!!). There's the homemade applesauce that I could eat all day. I also made my first cornbread from scratch. It's crazy easy and really tasty, too. I'll definitely make some for you guys when I come home.

Nice dinner

Just sent you an email and an attachment about probiotics. I still wonder if we really have thought about all of the infectious causes...the Boundary Water history is just too significant to ignore (which I know you don't but wonder if maybe we have...)
